These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any project, service, or engagement between Moiz Raza LLC, operating as Moiz Digital Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), and the client ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide web development, SEO, social media marketing, and related digital marketing services as described on our Services page or as agreed in a written proposal or invoice. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
One-time projects are typically invoiced with a deposit due before work starts and the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring services, such as monthly SEO or social media management, are billed on a recurring basis in advance of each service period. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access credentials, and approvals reasonably required for us to complete the project. Delays in providing these may extend the project timeline.
Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds, as listed on our Services page or in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be billed separately at our standard rate, which will be communicated before any extra work begins.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project (such as website files or campaign creative), excluding any third-party tools, licensed assets, stock content, or our own pre-existing tools and code libraries used to build them, which remain licensed for your use in connection with the project.
Some services rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, social media platforms, or advertising networks). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those third parties, though we will assist in resolving issues where reasonably possible.
Either party may cancel a recurring service with written notice before the next billing cycle. One-time projects may be cancelled before completion subject to payment for work already performed. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
SEO, social media marketing, and advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, follower counts, or revenue figures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
